ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage direct and indirect controllable costs to meet overall cost index targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with all Health a. Safety regulations
- Coach supervisors to achieve performance standards
with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
- Lead production employees to achieve performance standards with regards to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, line utilization and quality
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the food & beverage manufacturing industry
- Experience in the Lean Concept and its implementation
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Independent with strong leadership, planning and problem solving skills
- Must be creative, hardworking and able to work in shifts when required
- Below 35 years of age
Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and prepare trailing plans and annual budget
- Design and develop in-house training programs and coordinate external programs as identified by the Training Needs Analysis and Competency Gap Analysis
- Manage HRDF claims for training programs that are conducted
- Manage the training records and reports
- Assume any other duties, as and when necessary Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma or Degree in any field
- Experience in conducting and coordinating training programs
- Excellent presentation skills and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well-versed in MS Office applications
- Must be a self-starter and able to analyze training needs
- Resourceful, proactive, results-oriented, analytical and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

- Those without the relevant academic qualifications but with relevant experience in route and distribution management are also eligible to apply
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
companies
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage a group of sales personnel
