CUSTOMER CARE POSITIONS (supervisor & Officer – (3 positions)
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Administer and supervise day-to-day service desk activities
- Handle customer service/help desk enquiries
- Handle enquiries from walk-in distributors
- Provide analytical feedback and call centre reports
- Mentor and coach staff in their work environment
- Participate m other division activities as and when required Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of all inbound calls
- Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality in the area
- Act as the first point of contact on complaints/issues relating to products or services and provide assistance and advice
- Oversee report writing and calls analysis
- Participate in company events
Requirements:
- Degree with minimum 5 years experience in a call centre for the Supervisor position/Diploma for the Officer position
- Able to read and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good customer service skills and like to interact with people
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good report writing skills for the Supervisor position
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISORS – (2 positions)
Customer Relations Responsibilities:
- Administer and supervise day-to-day service desk activities
- Oversee the administration of help desk activities for the whole company
- Provide analytical feedbacks, reports and surveys
- Manage the Brand Experience Centre tours
- Mentor and coach staff in their work environment
- Uphold the quality of service desk activities
- Work along with other divisions in promotional events, product expos. etc
Support Services Responsibilities:
- Administer and supervise day-to-day order processing activities
- Provide good customer service to distributors
- Mentor and coach staff in their work environment
- Ensure a high level of stall efficiency
- Work along with other divisions in promotional events, product expos, etc
Requirements:
- Degree with minimum 5 years experience in customer service
- Able to mad and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good supervisory and interactive skills and like to meet people
- Good analytical and report writing skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
FINANCE POSITIONS (supervisor & Offices) -(2 positions)
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly reconciliations
- Key in accounting data into the system
- Assist in end-of-month closing
- Answer enquiries via phone calls politely
- Provide good customer service to walk-in distributors
Officer Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash deposit reports and bank reconciliation
- Assist in analyzing monthly expenses and preparing schedules for audit and tax purposes
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in accounting
- Able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
MARKETING SUPPORT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage and support the business operations of marketing promotions in purchasing documentation, product briefings, monthly product activities, superweekend and marketing events
- Update vendor list and purchasing database and reports
- Attend to enquiries from distributors
- Handle the product returns of premiums with warehouse, distributors and vendors
- Handle preproduction QA checks
- Ensure monthly product display by merchandisers
- Conduct distributor surveys
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration with 1-2 years experience in the related field
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Computer literate and conversant in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work independently
- Preferably Female
