CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATION (1 vacancy only)

Requirement : ~ Min.Diploma/ Degree qualification.~ Min. 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry.~ Knowledgeable with import & export customs procedure preferred.~ Good command of English and Bahasa a pre-requisite and ability to communicate in Mandarin and local dialects will be added advantage.~ Good interpersonal communication skills.~ Able to work independently,mature and self-discipline. Job Description :~ To support sales department, handle customer's enquiry.~ To co-ordinate with various department to ensure service efficiency that meet's customer's expectation.~ To manage daily cargo booking,co-ordinate with carrier and relevant parties to ensure smooth operation.
