The Job:
Responsible for developing and managing business growth in the Braking and Corporate Business area Candidate most plan. initiate and participate in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies derived through proper analysis of market intelligence data.
Requirements:
- Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum five years working experience in Takaful / Insurance industry.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel.
BROKING & CORPORATE BUSINESS DIVISION
The Job:

2) ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT / EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – INVESTMENT LINK
The Job:
Responsible for securing business to ensure the growth of the Investment Linked portfolio while building high standards of customer relationship with the clients and agents.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years working experience in Takaful / Insurance Unit Trust industry.
- At least 1 – 2 years direct involvement with Investment Link.
- Experience with Business Development, Agency Development and / or Training will be preferred.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel.

Responsible for developing and managing business growth and recruitment efforts in the assigned State. Candidate must establish a high standard of customer relationship with both family and general agents including securing business of potential clients and servicing of existing ones from all channels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum five years working experience in Takaful / Insurance industry.
- Some branch exposure would be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel.

The Job:
Responsible for customer servicing including attending walk-in customers, processing proposal forms, registration of agents and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder in any related field or equivalent.
- Ability to read and converse in Mandarin.
- At least 1 year working experience in Takaful / Insurance industry. ( Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
