Jawatan Kosong Assistant IT Manager, Corporate Finance, Legal Executive, Accounts Executive Vacancy 2011

We are a public-listed plantation company gaining strong leverage on sustainable positive growth. We are not looking for people to increase our headcount BUT instead we require TALENTS to share our journey to achieve mutual goals.

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, IT
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Manager of MIS with strategy implementation & daily operations.
- Drive the use of IT to achieve business goals and innovation across the Group.
- Identify and implement IT-enabled business process improvements and innovations.
- Manage IT projects.
- Ensure maximum systems up-time, systems performance, integrity and reliability.
- Drive up IT operating standards to international standards such as ITIL, COBIT or relevant ISO standards.
- Maintain compliance of new systems with enterprise information architecture design.
- Manage IT Asks and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage relationships with users and maintain service levels with end-users.
- Manage contracts with vendors and extract maximum value Train service providers.
Requirements:
- Experience in installation, setup & administration of MS Windows Server, MS SQL, .Net, AD, & IIS.
- Completed at least one implementation cycle of MS Dynamics AX.
- Experience in configuring MS SharePoint.
- Preferably possess either MCTS / MCITP / MCA / MCPD.
- Experience in leading IT project teams & project management.
- Conversant with SOA design principles.
- Conversant with Si design principles & practices.
- Experience in using structured methodology e.g. MS SureStep.
- Familiar with ITIL or COBIT.
- Degree or IT / Computer Science / MIS / Engineering
- MBA would be advantageous.

2. CORPORATE FINANCE
ASSISTANT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate finance functions which include fund raising, M&A, divestment, cash planning and financial risk assessment.
- Prepare and analyse Cash Flows & Financial Models.
- Conduct comprehensive market intelligence & business research.
- Provide active input into the Company’s project advisory business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations slides and other relevant materials related to the whole business development process
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with a degree in either Accounting or Finance from a leading institution.
- Masters Degree in Finance would be an advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in corporate finance function.
- Merchant banking working experience would also be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills.

3. LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Report to Head Legal
- To advise management on legal matters
- To monitor, liaise and manage external counsels on litigation and arbitration matters which include attending meetings and preparing reports.
- To peruse, review and draft all forms of legal documentation including commercial letters, contracts arid agreements.
- To conduct research and provide general legal advice, including vetting and drafting of legal documents, to the management, functional heads, respective departments, subsidiaries, associated companies, operation and support teams of the Group to ensure documents, contract and policies comply with laws.
Requirements:
- Should possess a Degree in Law (LLB, with at least 3-5 years experience in legal practice including 2-4years experience in litigation works.
- Must have ingrained an excellent communication repertoire and a great team player. Highly motivated, mature, resourceful and multi tasking and able to work independently.

4. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for day to day financial operations, preparations of monthly accounts, budget , forecast and cash flow of the group.
- Responsible for reviewing the management accounts, preparation of tax computation and involve in the quarter report to Bursa.
- To develop and maintain a sound system of internal control.
- Assist in the monthly/annual budget process and forecasting.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, legal advisor, company secretary, tax agents & authorities
- Assist with any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Accounting and / or a professional Accounting qualification ACCA/MICPA
- Preferable with at least 3 year(s) of working experience,
- A hands-on person with working knowledge in accounting disciplines such as financial accounting, compliance reporting, budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement.
- Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, commitment , proactive with proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
- Able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
