Senior Accounts Executive (1 vacancy only)

Responsibilities: Handles full set accounts using 3A Accounting software, including preparation of monthly management reports and yearly accounts Responsible for daily accounting functions Preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting reports, cash flows, budget and forecast Review and monitor monthly financial performance vs budget cashflow planning and forecasting Handles inquiries and follow up on payment status Ensure that the interest of the Company and Group are preserved at all times and to establish necessary controls and procedures Overall cash management Ensure compliance to local statutory requirement and tax regulatory Requirements: Preferred skill(s): audit exposure, tax exposure. Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia Applicants must be organized, meticulous, analytical, and adaptable to changes and able to identify problem and improve processes or suggest business improvements. Able to provide professional opinions and anticipate in the decision making processes. Results oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Possess initiative and is a self-starter.
