<b>Pencen swasta boleh keluar usia 55 tahun<br />Disediakan oleh Berita Harian</b><br /><br />Kuala Lumpur: Pencarum Skim Persaraan Swasta (PRS) masih boleh mengeluarkan simpanan mereka apabila berumur 55 tahun, meskipun kerajaan sudah melanjutkan umur persaraan swasta kepada 60 tahun.<br /><br />Pengerusi Pentadbir Pencen Swasta Malaysia (PPA), Datin Zaiton Mohd Hassan, berkata semua caruman yang dibuat kepada PRS terbahagi kepada dua sub-akaun dan pencarum boleh mengeluarkan 70 peratus simpanan apabila mencapai umur persaraan manakala 30 peratus boleh dikeluarkan setahun sekali selepas itu.<br /><br />Katanya, PRS yang dilancarkan Julai lalu adalah caruman sukarela yang memberi pilihan kepada orang ramai untuk menambah simpanan persaraan mereka menerusi sumbangan jangka panjang dalam persekitaran yang dikawal selia.<br /><br />“Buat masa ini, Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC) menetapkan pencarum PRS boleh mengeluarkan sebanyak 70 peratus simpanan mereka apabila berumur 55 tahun, walaupun kerajaan melanjutkan umur persaraan swasta kepada 60 tahun bermula tahun depan. Bagaimanapun, perkara ini akan dikaji dengan lebih lanjut,” katanya dalam satu temubual di sini, baru-baru ini.<br /><br />Sebelum ini kerajaan mengumumkan umur persaraan sektor swasta dilanjutkan kepada 60 tahun daripada 55 tahun yang berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai tahun depan, seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Akta Umur Persaraan Minimum 2012.<br /><br />Menerusi akta berkenaan, umur persaraan minimum pekerja sektor swasta ialah 60 tahun dan majikan tidak boleh memaksa pekerja bersara sebelum mencapai usia itu.<br /><br />Mengenai PRS, ia ditawarkan oleh tujuh firma pengurus dana dan sebuah syarikat insurans kepada individu yang terdiri daripada pelabur runcit, bekerja sendiri, pekerja serta majikan.<br /><br />Setakat ini, empat syarikat telah melancarkan skim persaraan mereka iaitu CIMB-Principal Asset Management Bhd, Public Mutual Bhd, Manulife Unit Trust Bhd dan Hwang Investment Management Bhd.<br /><br />PPA ditubuhkan Julai lalu bagi mentadbir, memantau dan menggalakkan pertumbuhan dan operasi industri PRS.<br /><br />Mengenai cadangan untuk meningkatkan bilangan penyedia skim PRS, Zaiton berkata: “Buat masa ini, jumlah itu sudah mencukupi kerana masih ada syarikat yang masih belum melancarkan skim persaraan swasta mereka. Mungkin kerana menantikan waktu yang sesuai serta melihat kepada kehendak pasaran,” katanya.<br /><br />Beliau berkata, dana PRS dijangka mencecah RM30.9 bilion dalam tempoh 10 tahun akan datang walaupun bilangan pencarum masih lagi rendah pada masa ini berikutan masih kurangnya kesedaran terhadap skim persaraan alternatif itu.<br /><br />“Jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah simpanan Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) akhir tahun lalu mencatatkan sebanyak RM469 bilion dan dalam tempoh 10 tahun ia mungkin meningkat kepada RM600 bilion. Saiz sasaran PRS ini hanya lima peratus daripada jumlah berkenaan,” katanya.<br /><br />Bagi menggalakkan penyertaan , Zaiton berkata pencarum akan menikmati pelepasan cukai sehingga RM3,000 bagi 10 tahun pertama dari tahun taksiran 2012 manakala majikan yang menyumbang kepada skim itu untuk pekerja mereka pula akan diberikan potongan cukai sehingga 19 peratus.</div>

Maksud gelandangan: Orang yang tidak mempunyai tempat tinggal, rumah, hidup terbiar dan melarat di tepi-tepi jalan.<br /><br /><b>YKN bantu lebih 100 golongan gelandangan dapat pekerjaan</b><br /><br />KUALA LUMPUR: Seramai 150 orang daripada 386 golongan gelandangan yang berdaftar di Anjung Singgah sejak April tahun ini sehingga 20 Disember lalu berjaya mendapat pekerjaan hasil usaha Yayasan Kebajikan Negara (YKN).<br /><br />Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif YKN, Datuk Sayed A Rahman Sayed Mohd, berkata kesemua mereka ditempatkan di 32 syarikat swasta dalam pelbagai bidang pekerjaan berdasarkan minat dan pengalaman masing-masing. "Anjung Singgah berfungsi sebagai pusat khidmat sosial gelandangan dalam membantu mereka mengatasi masalah mendapatkan pekerjaan, tempat tinggal dan masalah lain yang berkaitan," katanya selepas majlis Krismas @ Anjung Singgah di sini, hari ini. Sayed A Rahman berkata, cabaran utama YKN ialah memastikan golongan berkenaan yang berjaya mendapat pekerjaan kekal di tempat kerja masing-masing.<br /><br />Katanya, masyarakat tidak seharusnya memandang rendah golongan gelandangan sebaliknya harus bersama-sama membantu mereka membina keyakinan diri untuk maju.<br /><br />Sayed A Rahman juga berkata, YKN akan memperkenalkan program Jaringan Usahawan bagi memberi peluang kepada golongan berkenaan menceburi bidang perniagaan.<br /><br />"Golongan gelandangan ini akan diberi bimbingan melalui mentor atau usahawan yang berjaya, khidmat motivasi dan kursus perniagaan dengan kerjasama beberapa agensi kerajaan.<br /><br />“YKN akan bertindak menyalurkan modal kepada golongan berkenaan melalui Geran Rangsangan Kapital atau Skim G'Rak bagi membantu mereka memulakan perniagaan,” katanya.<br /><br />Pada majlis itu, YKN mengagihkan makanan tengah hari dan beberapa barangan keperluan kepada 500 orang golongan gelandangan di sekitar Jalan Chow Kit dan Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.<br /><br />Sumbangan disampaikan Pengerusi Projek Khas Anjung Singgah Toh Puan Wan Hidayah Wan Ismail. - BERNAMA </div>

<b>Pengambilan penjawat awam dijangka kurang tahun depan: Pengerusi SPA<br />2012-12-08</b><br /><br />PUTRAJAYA: Pengambilan penjawat awam dijangka berkurangan tahun depan berikutan pelaksanaan opsyen pelanjutan umur persaraan daripada 58 tahun kepada 60 tahun, kata Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA), Tan Sri Mahmood Adam hari ini.<br /><br />Secara purata, beliau berkata, SPA menerima hampir 1.2 juta permohonan kerja setiap tahun dan kira-kira 40,000 calon diambil untuk berkhidmat dalam sektor awam.<br /><br />"Pada tahun ini dan tahun depan, ramai penjawat awam telah memilih opsyen untuk bersara pada umur 60 tahun, maka pengambilan sudah berkurang.<br /><br />"Namun, selepas tahun depan, apabila ramai yang bersara pada usia 60 tahun, jumlah pengambilan akan bertambah sekurang-kurangnya 10 peratus. Saya menjangkakan sekurang-kurangnya 50,000 penjawat awam akan diambil," katanya selepas merasmikan Seminar Pengenalan Kepada Skil Pekerjaan Sektor Awam di Pejabat SPA di sini, hari ini.<br /><br />Mahmood berkata, seminar yang pertama kali diadakan ini bertujuan untuk membantu calon yang memohon pekerjaan dengan SPA agar melengkapkan diri dengan ilmu dan kemahiran skil pekerjaan sekali gus dapat meningkatkan peratusan kebolehdapatan pekerjaan di sektor awam.<br /><br />"Seminar ini akan terus diadakan di seluruh negara dengan kerjasama dari badan bukan kerajaan (NGO), persatuan, syarikat dan individu secara perkongsian pintar," katanya.<br /><br />Kira-kira 200 peserta menghadiri seminar sehari ini, anjuran bersama SPA dan Persatuan Profesional Melayu Malaysia (PPMM) bagi mendengar penjelasan mengenai peperiksaan, penilaian dan temu duga serta pengetahuan berkaitan urusan pengambilan di SPA.<br /><br />SPA menyampaikan tiga modul dalam seminar tersebuit iaitu; Pengurusan Pengambilan, Kaedah Peperiksaan dan Penilaian Kompetensi dan Kaedah Temu Duga.<br /><br />Sementara PPMM menyampaikan tiga modul yang menerangkan tentang skil pekerjaan yang diperlukan calon yang mahu memohon pekerjaan di sektor awam iaitu Skil Asas, Skil Pemikiran Aras Tinggi dan Skil Pembangunan Diri. - BERNAMA </div>

<b>167,344 berjaya dalam program 'penjodohan pekerjaan'<br />2012-11-01 Disediakan oleh Berita Harian</b><br /><br />Kuala Lumpur: Seramai 167,344 pencari kerja berjaya memperoleh pekerjaan menerusi program `penjodohan pekerjaan' yang dilaksanakan Kementerian Sumber Manusia dengan kerjasama majikan yang mencari pekerja.<br /><br />Timbalan Menteri Sumber Manusia, Datuk Maznah Mazlan, berkata daripada jumlah itu, lebih 40,000 adalah siswazah.<br /><br />Katanya, selain pemohon yang berdaftar dengan gerbang kerjaya interaktif kementerian, iaitu www.jobsmalaysia.gov.my, kementerian turut membawa majikan terbabit turun padang untuk menemuduga pekerja.<br /><br />Kita membawa majikan menghadiri program seperti karnival kerjaya sama ada di bandar besar atau pekan kecil," - Maznah Mazlan, Timbalan Menteri Sumber Manusia<br /><br />“Kita membawa majikan menghadiri program seperti karnival kerjaya sama ada di bandar besar atau pekan kecil untuk menemuduga pencari kerja dan ada yang terus menerima tawaran pekerjaan hasil program itu,” katanya menjawab soalan tambahan M Kulasegaran (DAP-Ipoh Barat) di Dewan Rakyat, semalam.<br /><br />Terdahulu, menjawab soalan lisan Datuk Tajuddin Abdul Rahman (BN-Pasir Salak) Maznah menafikan kehadiran pekerja asing yang begitu ramai menyebabkan pengangguran dalam kalangan tenaga kerja tempatan.<br /><br />Katanya, pengambilan pekerja asing dilakukan mengikut kriteria dan syarat kelayakan yang diputuskan Jawatankuasa Kabinet Mengenai Pekerja Asing (JKK-PA) dengan kebanyakan pekerja asing tertumpu 3D iaitu, `dirty (kotor), dangerous (berbahaya) dan difficult' (sukar).<br /><br />Beliau berkata, pekerjaan 3D terbabit tidak diminati pekerja tempatan dan negara terpaksa bergantung kepada buruh asing terutama sektor pembuatan, pembinaan, perladangan dan pertanian.<br /><br />“Data Jabatan Perangkaan mendapati pengangguran negara pada Oktober adalah 2.7 peratus dan kadar ini adalah dalam tahap guna tenaga penuh dan pengangguran adalah terkawal,” katanya.<br /><br />Maznah berkata, tidak benar dakwaan kehadiran pekerja asing yang ramai menyebabkan pengangguran di kalangan tenaga kerja tempatan kerana Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) sentiasa memantau dan memastikan pengambilannya terkawal.<br /><br />“Sehingga akhir akhir tahun lalu, seramai 1.38 juta pekerja asing bekerja di negara ini terutama membabitkan pekerjaan 3D,” katanya.</div>
